Do you have a physical store?

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards both online and in store. Cash payments are also accepted at our physical locations.
Do you have payment plans?
Installment payment plan options are available for online orders on the Order Fulfillment Page. All payment plans are issued externally through Shop Pay and are subject to their terms and conditions and interest charges.
Does my order come with a guarantee?
We have a 30-day warranty on all of our products that covers exchanges due to defects and product issues within the first 30 days of purchase. However, all purchases are final and returns are not accepted.
How do I know my boot size?
Although it may vary by the person, we recommend choosing the size that is one less than your normal shoe size for the best results.
How do I receive my order?
Online orders can be shipped to your address, or you can arrange to pick up the order at one of our physical locations.
